Chez Nadine is a small maquis run by a very nice auntie who warmly welcomes you and offers you a rather classical (but complete) menu of typical dishes of the region: plates based on mutton, some grilled fish and, of course, the famous Peul cheese and its spinach sauce. The atmosphere is very local and workers flock to Nadine's as soon as the lunch break. A dozen tables are waiting for them inside and a few others are placed in front of the establishment, where it is pleasant to have a drink in the evening.
