ECOCENTRE LE RUCHER
Ecocenter offering workshops on soy cheese, sodabi, the local brandy, and Tchoukoubou, the local beer
The Ecocentre Le Rucher produces its own honey (originally a beekeeping training center), its own fruit juices and drinks (cashew apples, mangoes, tamarind, baobab, balanites, roasters), its own teas (lipya multiflora, combretum michratum, lemongrass). In the village, you'll also find workshops for making soy cheese, sodabi (the local brandy) and Tchoukoubou (the local beer). In short, a spot that highlights the beauty and usefulness of nature. Accommodation available in seven small air-conditioned bungalows.
