VANADIS LUNDEN
Vanadis Park is an oasis of greenery located north of Vasastaden, which devotes the goddess also known as Freya, the divinity of beauty, love and fertility in Northern paganism. As often in Stockholm, the park stretches over a plot of land and offers an interesting panorama on the roofs of the capital. We saw on the dome of Gustaf Vasa Kyrka and the steeple Sainte-Klara. At the entrance to the park you will find the small church of St. Stefan, which is visited on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a. m. to 30 noon and, above, a large construction with a large building that is no more than a water castle. Ideal for a stopover, a picnic and a nap under the large trees. Winter, bring the luge! At the foot of the hill, along Sveavägen, there is also a small aquatic centre with games and slides, open the summer.
