Sibirians Soppkök, "the cuisine of Siberia", has nothing to do with Russian cuisine, simply, at the time when this small neighbourhood restaurant was created, Vasastan was nicknamed Siberia, as it was so remote. Today, the streets are more lively, but the period boui-boui continues to feed the mouths of passers-by and local workers with delicious and creamy seasonal vegetable soups, very hot in winter and very fresh in summer.
