Delicious ramen at an unbeatable price for a restaurant in the heart of Gamla Stan. This traditional Japanese soup is a culinary specialty that's very difficult to master, as the broth takes around 8 hours to cook to its richest flavor. A dish that warms you up in winter, and which, in this restaurant, can be enjoyed on the terrace in summer. All in an unpretentious, comfortable, zen atmosphere in the heart of Stockholm. Also available for takeaway. Recommended address for a good, inexpensive meal!
