Put a chef of good repute, an award winning bartender, a Norwegian hotelier, Swedish sake sommeliers, shake up the concept and you get the right mix to create Stockholm's current hotspot, Tak! We clearly go there for the view of the city which is exceptional as it is a rooftop located on top of a brutalist architecture hotel, in the heart of the city, a few steps from Sergels Torg. Very good choice of drinks, from Japanese yuzu lager to sparkling sake and Eurasian cocktails. The star of the menu: the fish!
