FRANTZÈN
In a sober and refined atmosphere, treat yourself to a culinary experience concocted by the best chef in Stockholm!
Restaurant Frantzén, named after chef Björn Frantzén, has been one of Stockholm's most ambitious restaurants for many years. With just 23 covers, it's a popular restaurant serving a set menu that takes several hours to savor. The food is Swedish-influenced, modern, with East Asian flavors. In 2018, Frantzén became the first Swedish restaurant to be awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide, and is still the only one in the country to hold this distinction.
