If you're looking for something cheap but different from the classic budget restaurants, stop off at Kornhamnstorg to try a local classic. A white wagon with a yellow fish-shaped sign, formerly located in Södermalm, sells fried herring in a variety of sauces: rolled in bread with a salad of crème fraîche and leeks (for 110 SEK), as a burger (90 SEK) or "à la scanienne" (75 SEK): herring fillets with a mustard sauce, red onion and dill. Exotic and delicious!

Le camion à l'enseigne jaune
Ce camion est une institution dans le sud de la ville. C'est pas cher et c'est bon! Manger des harengs marinés en sandwich ou en salade. Oui c'est bon!
