POLICE MUSEUM (POLISMUSEET)
A place for a cause, that of bringing the police closer to the civilian population from a finding: if the uniformed authorities sometimes suffer from a bad reputation, it is because they are poorly known and often judged a little quickly. Thus the Police Museum is organized around a permanent exhibition composed of themes replaced over time to make new ones more relevant to current events, such as "Indices" which describe the investigative and technical methods of the scientific police, "Uniforms" with a collection of police dress for a century, or "Image of police". One way to show that the police too often take the form of what the media and fiction want to paint well. A museum rather well done (the rooms on the floor are very well designed), but we will regret the lack of information in English, even though it is possible to ask the staff of the museum for explanations.
