This set of buildings in Delsbo and Ljusdahl offers an excellent recovery of the residence of a farmer from Hälsingland around 1850. The solid house of a floor, with walls coated with red boards, bears witness to the desire to assert itself and to use the revenues from the forest to build a strong farm. The house of Västeräng, the main building, dates back to the late th century. It was built in log logs and then enhanced on a floor in the 1830 s. The ground floor consists of a large auditorium on the right, with traditional paintings from the city of Leksand, in Dalecarlia (1819). In the centre, a small room with pine panelling, left a common room, with more ordinary paintings dating back to 1837, and a bedroom with Murales murals (approx. These paintings are a speciality of peddlers painters from Dalecarlia. On the floor, the pieces, in general non-furnished, were used for weaving and storage. In the right-hand part, originally empty, the museum reconstituted an interior interior of the same village. The walls and ceiling were painted in 1747 and 1773 by an artist from Delsbo in Dalecarlia.
