The kitchen of "Bois Flotté" is run by Cédric Brumm. He is a creative man who revisits tradition with market and local products. The flavors are always worked and the dishes very well presented in your plates. Local and seasonal products are favored. The great speciality here is game, in all its forms, but the menu has other nice surprises in store, such as the "plate of pork" which offers an assortment of pork cheeks, dumplings and brisket with red cabbage in all its forms and reduced hop juice.
