LE JULBOCK

In the run-up to Christmas, the largest straw goat in the world, the Julbock, is installed on Slottstorget Square. It is 13 m high for 3 tons! It must normally remain from the first Sunday of Advent until Epiphany on 6 January. But his fame is not so much in his glorious measurements as in the fact that it is almost every winter burning at Christmas, before January 6 th, when it is supposed to be disassembled.
