JUNGGRENS CAFÈ

This café located at the top of Avenyn was, in the 1940s, the stronghold of students and penniless actors. It has since become a tea room that is always crowded. If you can find a place, you can eat delicious sandwiches and drink tea from huge cups. One of the walls of the small room is entirely occupied by a fresco of an old couple walking in the shady alleys of Lorensbergspark. One comes here for the atmosphere and to observe the life of the young locals who meet there to pass the time.
