MÖLLSTORPS KROG
This restaurant is a very good introduction to the island. It has been reconstituted in the three vast parts of traditional constructions of Öland: church, house with straw roof… The atmosphere is convivial and here you taste the great local speciality: . This dish is actually a preparation of potatoes stuffed with a @ of roasted and peppermint pork before being shaped in a ball, then boiled. The inhabitants, according to their village of origin, eat them fried butter, or with milk, or even with jam of redcurrant. A test absolutely! Served every Wednesday off season, and almost every day in the summer.
