Originally from the Landes region, the owner offers a creative menu that revisits Southwestern cuisine with Irish products.
Originally from the Landes, the boss offers a delicious modern and creative cuisine. In a very refined setting (lime painted walls, stone floor, soft light), comfortably seated, we can start with a foie gras foie gras, then let you try a Charolais (Irish) filet accompanied by Kohlrabi, Shallot and plum sauce. For dessert, you won't resist the carrot cake. The service is up to the height of the place. We make a very nice culinary journey.

The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant to speak to.
The best green beans I have ever eaten. The desert wine I had was also worth a specific mention.
Some of the best eating in Dublin. Will be back.
