This is a very good choice if you like Lebanese cuisine. Decorated in the traditional oriental style, the restaurant (located upstairs) bathes in a friendly atmosphere, you don't only come to dine, but also to spend the evening. Numerous mezze options (including an excellent menu for two people) well seasoned for vegetarians as well. Some evenings, a belly dancer adds an extra touch of exoticism to one of the most famous Lebanese addresses in the Irish capital.

Love the vegetarian platter!

Ordered the 'Chicken Shawarma' Wrap. At least that's what they call it. It was absolutely beyond disgusting - and I am truly not a picky eater in the slightest. There was ZERO shawarma about it. No idea how they can even claim it's shawarma. What I got was a dry wrap with completely inedible dry chicken, absolutely no seasoning whatsoever (ie: it was literally just chicken off the bone/breast....no shawarma spices whatsoever. Probably not even salt), half a pickle and half a potato. We mentioned it to them when leaving and they did not give two cares. It used to be such a good place for lunch/dinner but they've just lost interest clearly, serving up inauthentic food and claiming it's Lebanese. Avoid at all costs. Or just go to Shaku Maku/Rotana Cafe.

Very good service, the servers are very friendly, welcoming and warm. They take care of their customers and their food is excellent. I recommend the chicken shawarma wrap. Good luck to you !!

It has been over 20 years since we were last here and it's still fantastic.

They have a huge range of vegan and veggie starters. Only one veggie main tho.

The best hummus and baba ganoush I've had in Ireland.

The Blanc de Blancs Lebanese wine was lovely.

And finally the service was wonderfully friendly and attentive.

Your biggest problem will be choosing from many dishes on the menu. Great regional spin on favorite dishes from Lebanon served by a very friendly team. We enjoyed everything we ordered after a long debate over which dishes we were willing to miss on this visit. The starters and mains are all good but do your best to save room for dessert.
