Hanley's has managed to recreate English Cornwall in Dublin, importing the famous pasties, puff pastries (usually with meat) perfect for filling a small hunger between two visits to the city center. We have a penchant for the spinach, pecan and feta puff pastry. It's great... Also noteworthy, there are a few vegetarian options on the menu. There are a few tables to sit at, but, in general, we take our pasties to go. Not without having enjoyed Hanley's warm welcome beforehand!

Best pasties in Dublin, you'd make a killing doing traditional pies

Was starving on my home from town today so grabbed a sausage roll from this shop. Just gotta say it's the best tasting sausage roll I've ever had. Will definitely be back to try more

Authentic, fresh, hot and delicious!!

We stayed in Dublin for 3 nights and after eating lots of Irish food, we wanted something different without spending a ton. This place was steady/busy during the early-dinner hours, and the server said at night the line is out the door until 4am!

We ordered 2 pasties and they were both really good. The hotdogs looked good too, but the condiments had been sitting out all day. They even had a ton of groceries available for purchase and we saw a handful of people come in just to buy their flour.

There was hardly any seating, so I would recommend ordering take-away (to go). Great location for walking around the Temple Bar area. Very fair prices.

MUST TRY! They have amazing meat pies and very cheap. I went here almost daily while in Dublin and probably tried them all. My favorites were the traditional pies and the steak and ale. At €5 each, they could easily be a full meal as they were very filling. They also make Argentinian empanadas.
