This French restaurant with a bistro feel has a very warm atmosphere worthy of the best bouchons in Lyon.
Unbeatable value for money in Dublin. This bistro-like restaurant has a very warm atmosphere worthy of the best bouchons in Lyon. Whether in the main room or in the small patio at the back, all the details contribute to the charm of the establishment. The proposed dishes are delicious. Moreover, the locals are not mistaken, it is indeed often full at noon. The service is in French, as well as the menu which will be presented to you in the form of a newspaper. We simply love it!

Definitely better places elsewhere but not bad food. We all got main course and dessert.
Too Expensive for what you’re getting.
The service was really nice and humble though!
2 of us dined last Sunday on my trip to Dublin. 3rd person didn't eat, just lovely wine!! 2 course €37 was a tee expensive but not in the scheme of Dublin prices. We had mussels a mini beef bourguignon pastry to start. Main Bourguignon and a fish dish for mains. Both of us loved our dishes and all 3 said it was the best Beef B we ever tasted, even in France!! Staff were lovely and service excellent.
I have been to the Palace St branch many times in the past, when I worked in the area. Always been top notch. ???????? I was delighted to see standards were as good as ever.
Beautiful café/bistro situated beside an entrance to Dublin Castle with outside dining areas, front and back. Keep it up Max. Highly recommended ???????? ????????????
