Good-value youth hostel with en-suite rooms and terrace

This modern and stylish hotel is located between Connolly Station and O'Connell Street. It offers very good value for money for a hostel in the capital. All rooms are en-suite, and private rooms have flat-screen TVs. A kitchen and a terrace are also available to residents. Despite its size (it can accommodate up to 400 people), which gives it an impersonal feel, Jacob's Inn is a benchmark for accommodation in Dublin.

If you have nowhere to go, this place is very affordable, comfortable and very well located.

The pod is very comfortable and the room is spacious. The only thing is missing a kitchen. To eat or drink or hang out in the lounge is uncomfortable. The location is also not that appealing as there are lots of homeless people in that area.

My first hostel experience. If you want to safe money you can try it too.

Couldn't fault it. Very comfy beds. Nice staff. Shower powerful but a nuisance that it stops every ten seconds and have to keep pressing it. But, for 38 euro, I'm not complaining at all.

Just another big commercial hostel, not much of a social vibe for solo travelers. Also, not having a kitchen is not great, especially in a city as expensive as Dublin.

When compared to Clink I Lar, I found the room more comfortable and facilities cleaner here but the location was better there, but same kind of vibe.

Overall okay.
