I've stayed here before. As a hostel it is beyond most people's expectations i think. It has a very relaxed vibe. There are people who stay here long term and that gives it a very connected feeling. There are irish and many international people but everyone is respectful, quiet, chilled out and enjoying the time there with everyone else. I guess if you could rate a hostel by stars this is a 5 star hostel...

Traveled from U.S. to visit Dublin! GL backpackers hostel was very friends and accommodating to me and my friend. The front desk assistant helped us answer all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and private with locks on everything, there was under bed storage(bring a padlock) and the beds were very cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Well located at The Liberties (around Christ Church, Dublinia, Arthur’s, St Patrick Cathedral and 15min walking from Temple Bar). Cosy, nice staff, nice guests. Comfortable rooms and always clean.

I booked a bed in a 4-bed bedroom.
I chose this hostel because it was close to the venue where I went for a concert (3olympia). The staff was very friendly and the room as well as the bathroom were clean and comfortable. Didn't visit the rest of the establishment.

I was here for 7 days. The location is good 17 minutes walk from the Temple Bar. The area there is safety. The room was and the bed was comfy, but the bathroom was too small. The laundry was okay, but only one machine have worked, so I needed to wait more than 2 hours. Everybody was kind. Thank you I can recommend this hostel.

Stayed in the dorms.
Loved this hostel, very chill and relaxed. Location is perfect, as we were able to walk to all major Dublin attractions. Loved walking the streets of liberties area.
Facilities are clean and well equipped, nice view of the city.
Lockers provided, towels available for 2 euros. No breakfast but coffee & tea available for free.
This hostel is for folks who are looking for a quiet & mature hostel.
I would stay here again.

Lugar en ubicación muy tranquila. Excelente para descansar. Y relativamente cerca del centro, a 20 min andando. Muy recomendable

Placé dans un quartier populaire, mais pas très loin du centre. Parking souterrain privé et payant. Assez calme dans l’ensemble. Notre chambre était très bien et le mobilier relativement récent. Par contre les commun dans les couloirs ( douche, wc…) n’étaient pas du tout propres.
