Soft bed, modern art, Nespresso machine, mini SMEG, Marshall amps, the rooms here are superb and ultra design.

The ultra-design rooms are decorated to create a cocooning space where you can curl up deliciously. Soft bed, modern art, Nespresso machine, mini SMEG, Marshall amps... You'd almost want to settle in for good! For breakfast, The Dean serves you a good juice of pressed oranges. In the evening, we take the height on the top floor, at Sophie's. Wood-fired pizza or cocktails under a blanket on the rooftop overlooking Dublin are the promise of a great evening. And it's also where you can enjoy a weekend brunch.

Rooms are small but very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. This hotel is in a great area of Dublin close to St. Steven's Green and center of city. Restraunt is on top floor with city views all around.

Rooms and service are great but the worst location
If you are looking for a hotel for a good nights sleep this is not the place
The clubs are right next door and you feel like you are in the party. The music is loud and the base is intense
Will never come back solely for that reason

Don’t let them put you next to the night club!!!! Absolutely horrendous.

Great hotel in a great location, but off putting check in and check out experience that brought it down to 3 stars. Booked direct and paid in full in advance, and was rushed through the check in so that we wouldn’t realize that we were downgraded to the worst/smallest room in the hotel - closest to the front main entrance, dirty, and too compact for a couple - made for a single traveller. Only once we brought it up to the hotel staff was it acknowledged, made us feel that they were very sneaky. It was St Patrick’s day, but when you pre-book and pay 5 months in advance, the expectation is that your room is held for you. Night manager Alan was very apologetic and promised to make it right, but there was a disconnect btwn night and day staff, so upon checkout - the promises made to us had to be fought to be upheld. We almost lost our deposit because the woman checking us out was unclear what we were being charged for. To the hotel, please train your front desk staff what hospitality truly means, as asking for what we paid for doesn’t mean we deserve to feel unwelcome throughout our stay. This woman pretty much snarled at us on our way in an out over the 4 days we spent there, while we observed her treating other guests with dignity. Luckily, day manager was wonderful and willing to listen/work with us and we got what we were promised. If staying here, recommend paying close attention during the check in, and stand up for yourself if the same happens to you.
