Could not have been happier with our stay! Clean rooms and a big bed. All the staff were wonderful (kudos to Conor for the warm welcome!). The location could not have been more perfect along with the perk of AC and a mini fridge. I had multiple friends staying in the hotel and we all raved about it

Great location. Walking distance to Temple area as well as national museums. Parking validated for a good discount at the car park across the street.

Central location to meet up with colleagues for a coffee chat before heading off to see a customer.

À big thanks to the waitress for opening up the bar area early so we had a space to sit down.

The images do not reflect the current state of the hotel. Only 1 elevator working and construction going on which no one mentioned. Just a small notice on the reception desk.
The rooms are very dated: peeling paint, 1 electrical outlet, lamps not working and very draughty windows.
The bath had rust and was leaking. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work so if you went for a shower the floor was like a pool afterwards.
Breakfast service was abysmal. Had to ask to be served and the food was very poor. Had to ask multiple times for tea/coffee and toast. Which never came.
There was a vacuum cleaner and bags of dirty laundry in the corridors all the 3 days we were there.
The only bonus is the location but I'd sooner go elsewhere in future.
Voiced our issues to management and got a free drink token upon checkout at 10am. No thanks

Absolutely fab stay at Brooks Hotel. Couldn't fault it from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt welcomed by every single member of staff, what a great team. Enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast cooked to order was delicious. Everything on your doorstep, residents bar was greatly appreciated, like pre COVID times. 10/10

Excellent service from the bar man couldn't have done enough. We had 2 kiddies with us & he was more than obliged to satisfy their dining requirements. Will be back.

Stayed in Brooks hotel last night, worst hotel I've stayed at in Dublin. My daughter and I stayed in a deluxe room, which was freezing. Told the receptionist who was very pleasant and she got someone up to look at heating. My god wish I hadn't bothered, the noise was awful, really old heating system. I couldnt hear my husband on the phone or the tv so just switched off heating and room was freezing again. The decor was terrible, cant imagine what the normal rooms look like if this one was deluxe, have stayed in better basic rooms. We went down to the bar at about 6.50pm so I could have couple of drinks and was told my daughter wasnt allowed to sit in there, absolute joke have never heard of this in my life. she is 13 and we were residents in the hotel. My daughter and I were so disappointed with the whole experience as this was part of my daughters christmas present and I paid alot of money for this room, £190 for 1 night without breakfast, dont even think it was worth £90. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay again

Excellent whiskey bar. Good service. Nice seating area. There are even more whiskies than those listed on the menu posted. Prices are very reasonable - best value for money one is the Tullamore Dew.
