Good-value hotel for a pleasant stay close to the Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Park and the airport.

1 km from the Botanical Gardens, 8 km from the airport (10-minute cab ride), 2 km from Phoenix Park. This 30-room hotel is more like a B&B. It's located in a residential area north of Dublin, about 10 minutes by car. The rooms are simple, but well-equipped: bathroom, TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities; it's a pity that some are a little too cramped. You can relax in the large lounge with fireplace or on the patio. Good value for money.

Absolutely terrible!!!! The couple next door to my room have been talking so loudly and waking me the whole night with their constant commotion despite telling the reception that I want a quiet corner room as I am a light sleeper! They have no empathy especially when I have a fever and sore throat too and need sleep ! Never book here

L’établissement se trouve dans un quartier très calme excentré du centre-ville avec à proximité des bus pour se rendre dans le centre en quelques minutes. En 45min à pied il est également possible de se rendre dans le centre ville de Dublin. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Le personnel bienveillant, agréable et qui a su répondre à toutes mes interrogations. Je recommande cet endroit.
