BUSWELLS HOTEL
Hotel with comfortable rooms and elegant restaurant in a historic setting close to Trinity College and Grafton Street.
Close to Trinity College and Grafton Street, this Georgian style house is one of the oldest in Dublin. Built in 1882, it consists of five houses. With its chandelier, carpets, fireplace and painted mouldings, the entrance hall sums up the place. The 67 rooms, very comfortable, combine modernity and tradition; the style remains classic and without surprise, but the comfort is up to the standard. The reception is very pleasant and the Trumans restaurant, which serves breakfast, offers an elegant setting and refined cuisine.

The service was so friendly and expert. Staff eager to make your stay memorable. We opted to eat in situ, before heading out for an entertaining dander to the Olympia Theater. I had the seafood chowder with wheaten bread and himself had a quarter pounder beefburgers with cheese and onions and fries. We were both delighted to eat in front of a roaring fire in the lounge. Our room was so comfortable, the bed and bedding such good quality that it was tempting to book another night, just to experience the whole thing again. Breakfast was more than plentiful, well presented, and we had a sense of privacy at our table for two. We will be back. Many times.
