Hotel with a warm welcome and restaurant, located in the heart of Dublin, between Trinity College and Grafton Street

Located in the heart of the capital between Trinity College and Grafton Street, the Wren Urban Nest is a recent hotel with a trendy, sober and fashionable decoration, notably with the use of light-colored wood. Above all, it is the first hotel in Dublin to present itself as essentially sustainable, thanks to furniture partly made from recycled materials, an agreement with an application to avoid waste in the restaurant, 100% renewable energy, etc. To make matters worse, the welcome is warm and personalized.

*Update: after contacting the hotel, they STILL maintain that their staff’s mis direction is not their problem. Absolutely awful service. They keep blaming the parking garage, but it was an issue of their staff sending us there- Knowing they would not be open when we had to check out. Asinine management at this hotel. Employees even confessed that they have this issue ongoing and never take care of it.

What an awful experience. We picked it as it was filtered as property offering parking. They said it was discounted off site and I was still fine. I mentioned on arrival that we had to be at the airport by 6a (so no breakfast was needed.) We went through everything. At 5:30a upon checking out was then told the garage would not open until 7:30a. And we had to pay full price as no attendant could be located to honor the hotel discount. At this point, we have missed our flight and have to rely on the airline’s good graces due to a poorly managed hotel and staff not understanding their own parking contracts ????????‍♀️

*Another update: you can see from their response that they are still trying to blame the parking garage. Instead of the fact that their staff have had several issues with this, and they failed to communicate it or take care of it at all. Horrible

Invited to a book launch in this hidden gem. Lovely hotel VERY well situated but slightly hidden. Staff were lovely, food and drink delightful.

The rooms are ikea cupboards, actually ridiculous. I did not make the choice to pick this hotel but definately would never come back for 150 euro per night. I respect the owners choice to try to give a "cozy" feeling but I feel oppressed. Never again.
