POWERSCOURT CENTRE
This shopping mall is nestled under a glass roof in a house built in 1774. At the time, it served as the office of Lord Francis Powerscourt (1730-1788). A fine blend of rococo and neoclassical styles, it illustrates Dublin's Georgian architecture. Since 1981, the upper floors have housed shopping arcades and boutiques. Today, you'll find top-notch stores: antique dealers, art galleries, luxury and high-end fashion and jewelry stores. The complex is dotted with bars and restaurants, including the organic Pepper Pot.
