Museum presenting a variety of objects that once belonged to the Irish and telling the story of Dublin through its inhabitants.

This museum, housed in a Georgian-style building, contains more than 5,000 objects that belonged to Irish people. They have all been collected thanks to the generosity of many donors and thus allow the history of Dublin to be told through its inhabitants. The museum runs a City of a Thousand Welcomes programme, which brings together curious tourists and Dubliners who want to show their city. On the2nd floor, you will find a room entirely dedicated to U2.
