Library with the world's largest collection of books, manuscripts, paintings and photographs about Ireland.

The National Library of Ireland is one of the sites to see. Founded in 1890 by architect Thomas Newenham Deane, the library has the world's largest collection of books, manuscripts, paintings and photographs about Ireland. The main collection is dedicated to the writer and poet, William Butler Yeats, winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1923. Parts of the library are open to the public, including its famous domed reading room.

Visite gratuite
Une des rares visites gratuites que vous pourrez faire dans la capitale, alors profitez-en ! D'autant plus que l'architecture du bâtiment en vaut vraiment le coup d’œil.
