GAA MUSEUM - CROKE PARK
A museum dedicated to Irish Gaelic sports and a remarkable stadium, the largest in the country, are just a few of the great sports venues in Dublin.
GAA Museum. This museum dedicated to Irish Gaelic sports is run by the Gaelic Sports Federation. It highlights Irish life for over 100 years, tracing the history of Gaelic soccer, hurling and camogie (the women's version of hurling).
Croke Park. You can also take a guided tour of Ireland's largest stadium, the 82,000-seat "Cathedral of Gaelic Sports". Founded in 1884, it hit the headlines on November 21, 1920, when loyalist para-militaries fired into the crowd, killing 14 people.

You will understand all or almost because the visit is entirely in English, Gaelic football and the word hurling will not seem no longer a barbarian word.
The visit of the stadium can be combined with the visit to the museum dedicated to the GAA (Gaélic Athletic Association) where portraits of the large enthusiasts are exhibited who marked these sports, shirts many teams and concerned trophies. You can even try to strike a ball with a paddle or scorer in the manner of a footballer Gaélic so after fifteen minutes from waiting you don't yet invite you to expect when a group of fifteen people arrive while being a priority on you. Admit how that, it is not very sport!!!
