Natural history museum featuring a rich collection of over two million stuffed, jarred and skeletonized animals.
Dublin's Natural History Museum opened in 1857 and was completely restored before reopening in 2022. Its collection of over two million animals (about half of which are insects) stuffed, in jars or skeletons is still there. The first floor is devoted to local wildlife, including three giant Irish deer skeletons. The floors are dedicated to fauna from the rest of the world.
