It's a bakery that's in full swing from early morning, when the queue grows on the sidewalk of Pearse Street. While you wait to pick up your organic bread or sit down to one of their delicious pastries (our palate still remembers their cruffin, a cross between a muffin and a croissant!), you can watch the little hands at work to provide you with traditional breads, croissants and other savoury puff pastries. Behind the glass, a veritable machine is at work (64 employees!). A second address will soon be opening in Greystones.
