When to go Dublin ?
Dublin is best visited between May and September and during the festive season, although the capital and its surroundings are also ideal for off-season stays. And with a multitude of cheap direct flights from all regions of France, it's easy to get there, even if only for a weekend. Please note: it's essential to book (well in advance) if you want to come and celebrate St. Patrick's Day (March 17).
Dublin has a mild and temperate oceanic climate. In autumn, temperatures are around 10°C. Winters are, with some exceptions, quite mild and temperatures range from 5 to 8°C. Springs can still be quite cool. Summers are generally warm and temperatures rarely exceed 25°C. Never leave your umbrella or raincoat behind! Rain is (very) frequent and showers are quite unpredictable in any season.
