The Imperial Hotel, located in the heart of the city centre, is the oldest hotel in Cork. The luxurious 4-star hotel celebrated its 200th anniversary some time ago. Inside, the beautiful reception area retains its Victorian splendour, with chandeliers and marble floors. There is also an excellent spa and the breakfast of local produce is excellent. Finally, the elegant Pembroke, a seafood restaurant, offers refined and creative cuisine. In short, a superb address, definitely timeless.
