UPPER LAKE
Go there and contact
A lake located in Killarney National Park, a great place to go for a walk and fish for wild trout and salmon.
After Muckross Lake and Lough Leane, the road then follows Upper Lake (where you can come to fish for trout and wild salmon, among other things) and passes through exuberantly dense forest to Ladies View (so named because Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting were particularly fond of the view), which slightly overlooks the meandering Upper Lake, which theoretically stretches out in streams amidst the wooded hills. The next viewpoint, Moll's Gap, at 260 metres above sea level, offers a very different but no less enticing view.
