Housed in a former sawmill, Dingle Distillery was opened in 2012 by Oliver Hughes and is affiliated with the Dublin microbrewery Porterhouse. In Dingle, you will enjoy discovering in this small recent distillery all the steps of Irish whiskey making (with triple distillation). And this in the purest Irish tradition.
