The pub is next to the bridge and the crowd is dense in this old house decorated with a colourful bric-a-brac. The food is excellent, especially the seafood chowder, a seafood soup mixed with greens, served with delicious brown bread and salted butter! A trio consisting of a guitarist, a banjo player and a singer with a beautiful voice who accompanies herself with her bodhran can be seen there regularly. The repertoire varies between folk, blues and traditional Irish songs.

Very good memory of one evening in September 2010 in this pub and yet my husband does not at all speak English and me just a little: super friendly authentic welcome; excellent music
