It's just a stone's throw from Galway's old town centre that those who love French-style bistro cuisine and a good atmosphere without the fuss will find their happiness. A few well thought out dishes, to be accompanied by one of the excellent (French!) bottles in store, plates of cold meats or cheeses (or both!), succulent desserts... Beyond these gustatory delights, what we love about Rouge is the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, the subdued lights and the notes of the musician who sometimes sits behind the piano.

Lors de nos vacances à Galway, on a souvent mangé dans ce resto. Toujours bien accueillis. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.
