The monastic community that settled in Devenish was founded in the th century by Saint Molaise. The small churches have complex complex details, and the round tower (xii) is a real curiosity, in which you can climb. Ferry to the island leaves De Point: Take the A 32 towards Irvinestown, you will see an indicator panel on the left after about 5 km, just before the junction with the B 82.
