Launched just two years ago, this human-sized pizza chain already has two locations in Derry, one on each side of the Foyle River. The two brothers who own this chain of small-scale pizzerias are true lovers of Italy and seek to use the best products and suppliers possible while keeping prices very reasonable. The cooks are Italian and you can see them at work thanks to the open kitchen where the wood-fired oven is located. The dough is fine and crispy, the filling is plentiful and of high quality.
