THE FITZWILLIAM HOTEL * * * * *
The facade of the Fitzwilliam Hotel fits perfectly into the City of Belfast, just a stone's throw from the Grand Opera House. And in this establishment, the standard does not fail in any respect. The rooms are spacious and surprisingly well designed, with large windows that give the feeling of being nestled in the city. The materials are noble and the tones are acidic. Note: 90% of the materials used are of Irish origin. Of course, in the restaurant too, fresh and local products are used at leisure to create a well-made menu.
