The building houses 70 stores, restaurants and cafes, and a multi-story cinema. The architecture was designed to be elegant with light walkways and modern materials. The whole gives the pleasant impression of a covered street, open to the outside. The galleries revolve around a central column at the top of which is a huge glass dome. From there, one can contemplate a panoramic view of Belfast. From up there, you can see the docks and industrial sites, the Black Mountains, the Albert Tower, the Ferris wheel, the City Hall..
