It's simple: from this neuralgic point of the capital, the whole center of Accra is accessible by tro-tro. You have to ask for directions to be put on the right minibus (no other way for the uninitiated to find out). In the large parking lot to the south-east of the Circle, you'll find a bar, ping-pong tables and... collective cabs whose sole purpose is to get to the Osu district as quickly as possible.
