The cheapest accommodation in Accra is the guesthouse of the Young Men's Christian Association, a Christian association that fights for the representation of young people in Ghanaian society. The guesthouse, originally intended to house the association's academy students, also accommodates tourists, but preferably for a longer stay. For one or two nights of passage, one can still ask. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared. The dormitory is not very recommendable due to the somewhat neglected maintenance.
