Mount Afadja, 885 meters high, one of Ghana's highest peaks, to be discovered in a superb landscape at Wli.

Mount Afadja, named Mount Afadjato by the local Ewe people, is one of the area's main tourist attractions, and one of Ghana's highest peaks. Part of the Agumatsa sub-range of mountains, it reaches a height of 885 metres and is a neighbor of Mount Aduadu (746 metres). The walk starts a few kilometers east of Hohoe. Numerous caves and streams and over 300 species of butterfly make up the landscape of this fertile region of western Ghana. Further information at the Wli Visitor Center.
