Its courtyard makes it easy to park in the shade of the trees. A good address, all the more so as the calm, green surroundings invite simplicity. And to satisfy both Western palates and local tastes, Nik shares the premises with a local canteen with friendly but sometimes a little slow service, where jolof rice, banku and well-made fufu share the limelight.
