No one is there to receive customers at the reception, we have to go to search someone who will take care of you in this house that lacks heat and maintenance. The Internet no longer works, the TV subscription has not been renewed, air conditioning does not work, and you will be offered an imaginary technician. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
