Founded in 1880, this store resembles a doll's house, where fruit or almond paste, financiers, sablés, tarts, gingerbreads, meringues, macaroons and chocolates all take part in a farandole of flavors, all vying for excellence. Jean-Jacques is in charge of this artisanal patisserie. Choose from seven varieties of shortbread made with Isigny AOP butter and fleur de sel, mille-feuilles made in front of you every weekend, and other pastries... Boutique avec une ambiance d'autrefois, adorable! Les produits sont variés (caramels, pâtes de fruits, biscuits, patisserie...). Nous avons goûté les sablés et les tartelettes au citron, c'était délicieux!! Une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous passez à Orbec.

De passage sur Orbec, nous sommes allés rendre visite à cette biscuiterie qui a ré-ouvert la veille. Accueil très chaleureux de la personne qui vend et qui fait également la production. Nous nous somme régalés avec l'assortiment de biscuits et je dois bien dire que j'ai craqué pour le biscuit aux épices. Bravo, belle continuation à vous.
