Founded in 1880, this store resembles a doll's house, where fruit or almond paste, financiers, sablés, tarts, gingerbreads, meringues, macaroons and chocolates all take part in a farandole of flavors, all vying for excellence. Jean-Jacques is in charge of this artisanal patisserie.
