Created in 1961, it is the oldest hotel in the region. Its name refers to the independence of the country, obtained a little earlier. The rooms are not extraordinary, but they are well kept and rather comfortable. The Black Star's strength (or weakness, depending on your point of view) lies in its bar, which is particularly lively in the evening and on weekends. With entertainment in the courtyard (usually on Saturday night), it becomes almost impossible to sleep, making the happiness of those who came for the show.
