Museum housing ritual objects, weapons and various collections relating mainly to Bolgatanga's northern ethnic groups.
This small museum opened since 1991 is a complement to the national museum, its collections concerning mainly the northern ethnic groups. You will find there ritual objects, weapons, insignia of power and tools. The objects, in small number, were selected with care. Among the most beautiful pieces, there is a dark wooden stool representing a reclining man, a very beautiful chiseled and carved bronze Akan vase and a long statuette of a sitting woman.
